Feed milling equipment takes it hard. Occasionally the pellet mill needs to be rebuilt. A specialist from Bliss pellet mills came out this past weekend to help Earl and Greg tackle a rebuild on one of the several pellet mills in our plant.
What was anticipated to take 2 days was completed in 11 hours on Sunday and the plant is back up and running like clock work Monday morning to continue cranking out feeds for our customers all over the Northeast!

We officially have 2026 first crop hay!
The grass was pretty thin, so not the volume we are used to, but it is GORGEOUS hay! Orchardgrass mix.
LIMIT 10 BALES PER CUSTOMER until we get more harvested and start stocking up. $7.75 per bale- our usual size bale.

We are so excited to introduce our summer intern, Hannah!
Hannah will be working in our store, feed mill and riding along with our nutritionist through August. She comes from SUNY Cobleskill Ag & Tech with a Bachelor's degree in Animal Science and a minor in Agricultural Education.
